About Bespoke Software

Bespoke Software, Inc. is a privately held software company incorporated in New York State. We're located in Albany (upstate) New York. (It's a good thing we like snow.)

Our current primary product is a VSys One, a volunteer management system for organizations of all sizes. We also have a special application for the Special Olympics, which we developed back in the early 90's, and continue to support and expand to this day.

So who are we?
William Cornett, our intrepid leader and programmer has been coding for over 25 years, from video game design on ancient 6502 CPUs to web applications, instant messaging, to the latest games and volunteer systems.

Michael Chevrette, one of the voices you hear on the far end of the support line, has 15+ years in technical and end-user support and training. He's been around since the early days of GMS (and was one of our first customers). He's our top trainer and senior support man.

Dale Smith, dsmith@bespoke.com, our Sr. Account Executive, drives our sales department, helping us find new organizations and people to help.

Mike Haber manages the transitions, conversions and go-live process, and yet another RPI alum.

Michelle Saltzman has a long history in software testing and support and joined our QA team in April 2010; she brings her attention to detail to VSys One making sure all runs smoothly for our customers.

Jen Clink our Office Goddess, has expanded into Customer Relations Management, supporting sales but also focusing on providing a consistent experience for our customers all the way from sales through conversion, training Go-Live and long-term support.

Janelle Olsen came to our support team in 2009 with a degree from SUNY, and is relentless in her search for the right solution to any problem.

Bradley Carlton joined our support team in July 2010 after graduating from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science; prior to joining us, he could be seen as a contestant on The Price is Right.

Cisco Carrig (Yes, that's his real name!) Is the latest member of our support and QA team, coming in the door with ten years of experience.

Melissa Bergin is a teacher by trade and has been involved in every version of GMS and VSys One from the beginning. She's in charge of the documentation and online help tools, does some of our training, and goes to all of the major events, personally handling the tough venues. The reason that the Version 1.8 User Manual reads like it was written by a teacher and not a coder? Melissa!

Megan Kelly reaches out to new customers, sets up demos, and helps drive the sales that keep us all busy.

Denise Horan teaches us all how to market and sell software.
