Volunteers can receive news and messages each time they log into the kiosk. (We understand that volunteers ignore your messages sometimes - so you can even force some messages to remain on screen for a specific period of time. They can chat with their friends or read a book, but VSys won't let them past that screen until it's been showing for how long you say it should.)

Holiday and birthday greetings can be set up to be automatically shown on the holiday (or a few days before), and VSys knows all of the major holidays and comes with message templates, so it's very easy to set up.
