Background checks are good, but not always helpful for your youthful volunteers, and someone's employer or pastor can usually give you a good idea if you want someone around your organization. Enter one or more reference check requests into VSys, then use its tools to send letters and e-mails to the offered references. Track the results, print reports, and filter out those who will do more harm than good.
