Our support hours:
   Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm EST, and
   Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.


You can also reach us by e-mail, support (at) bespoke.com. If it's outside our regular business hours and nobody answers on the tech support hotline, e-mail us: it's not unusual for someone to be up coding at all hours of the night and on weekends.

Holidays
The support desk is closed on the following days in 2010; just like on the weekends and other odd hours, you've still got a decent chance of finding someone answering e-mails if you're patient.
