Training
Need help or want to use VSys One advanced features?
We'll come out and teach you at your site or host you at our site. We also offer the flexibility of online training and demonstrations. We can use our standard training plans, or write one specific for you: tell us what your priorities are, and we'll make sure you learn what you need.
Support
By e-mail, online forums and phone - we're here to help you get your job done. Phone support is available from 10am-6pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm Fridays (all Eastern time).
E-mail and online forum support is available during the same time, but don't be surprised to find those questions answered at other far-flung hours as well.
Data Conversion
VSys One lets you import data from many different types of sources, whether it's an existing volunteer management tool, spreadsheets, or your donor management system. You can do much of this yourself, or we'll help you.
New features
Every piece of software starts with a detailed specifications sheet and needs assessment, but that's not where it ends for us. All of our best ideas come from you - our customers - and the feedback you give us.
