Volunteers can sign in with their PIN (manually or automatically assigned, or imported from VolunteerWorks), or VSys can use a wide variety of barcode and magnetic stripe readers with your existing ID badges.

VSys lets you define criteria which must be met for each volunteer, too:

• Require that their TB test is up-to-date
• Inactive (and banned!) volunteers are not allowed
• Only allow them if they have an assignment today

You define the rules, VSys will enforce them for you.
